1000 Stories Before Kindergarten Completion Form

Congratulations! You've been reading a lot of stories the past few months, and now it's time to claim your prize! 

Please complete the form below if your child has completed FVRL's 1000 Stories Before Kindergarten program. We'll send you a story book of your choice, along with an achievement certificate. (Your prize will be sent by mail. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery.)

You may choose one of the following titles. If you have no preference, you can pick "Surprise me!" and we'll select a title for you.

This prize represents a remarkable achievement. Reading aloud to your child regularly supports brain development and strengthens the parent-child relationship. Your child builds language, literacy and social skills when you read aloud. Children who enter kindergarten with essential pre-reading skills have an advantage. They start school ready to read and have greater success throughout their school years. We encourage you to continue reading with your child through kindergarten and beyond, to instill a lifelong love of books and learning.
